Every claim needs a source. If we cannot show where it came from, we do not ship it. The same standard applies to our tools and to the answers they produce.
We stay small on purpose. Fewer people, fewer meetings, more time to think. We would rather take a week to get it right than ship something we regret.
Research that stays internal helps no one. We share our methods, our findings, and our failures so others can build on them.
